About Val

Val Chowbay practices insurance litigation exclusively, having begun her career as in-house counsel for a major insurance company. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the License Appeal Tribunal, and is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association and the Advocates Society.
