About Ada

Ada Lam is the principal lawyer at Lam Legal, where she practises commercial, estate, and construction litigation, along with personal injury, insurance, and products liability matters. She has argued before administrative tribunals, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Court of Appeal, and has drafted a leave application to the Supreme Court of Canada. Lam earned her LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 2007 and a B.A. in Psychology from UBC in 2004, receiving the Wilson Moot First Place Factum Award. She is fluent in Cantonese and has served as Co-Chair of the CBA Civil Litigation Section and an executive member of the CBA Products Liability Section.
