RE-LAW LLP is a small litigation firm in Vaughan, Ontario, founded in 2019 by Aaron Rosenberg and David Elmaleh after both left larger Bay Street firms. The two lawyers limit their practice to advocacy and dispute resolution: commercial and corporate litigation, employment and human rights disputes, defamation, insurance matters, condominium disputes, and criminal and regulatory defence. They've argued cases at every level of the Ontario courts and in the Federal Court, including the Federal Court of Appeal.

Rosenberg earned a J.D. from Western University in 2015 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016. Elmaleh studied at Osgoode Hall Law School, winning the Samuel Rubinoff Award for legal research and writing and the Criminal Procedure Prize, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. Elmaleh made partner at a downtown Toronto litigation firm within three and a half years, before co-founding RE-LAW with Rosenberg in 2019.

The firm's litigation work has drawn coverage from national outlets, including CTV News, CBC, and the Globe and Mail, on cases involving school funding, workplace practices, and free expression. Its lawyers have also written for and been quoted in legal publications such as Law Times and the Toronto Law Journal on developments in Ontario's anti-SLAPP law.
