BPR Litigation Lawyers describes itself as an association of Ontario litigation lawyers rather than a traditional law firm, based in Vaughan with satellite offices reaching Toronto, Markham, Oakville, Barrie, Peel, York, and Durham Regions. It was founded by Justin P. Baichoo, who started at a large Canadian law firm before setting up BPR Litigation. Baichoo was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 and later earned an LL.M in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022, on top of an earlier LL.B from Osgoode and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto. The practice covers civil and commercial litigation, family law, construction law, real estate litigation, wills and estates disputes, employment law, property and insurance law, tax disputes, and quasi-criminal and regulatory defence work.

The firm's other lawyer is Justin A. D'Aloisio, a senior research lawyer who joined BPR as an articling student and built a research practice spanning family, construction, employment, estate, and commercial litigation and appeals. Since 2018, D'Aloisio has also served as a Toronto firefighter. Both lawyers teach at Osgoode Hall Law School: Baichoo co-directs a trial advocacy course and is assistant director of Osgoode's Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop, while D'Aloisio is an adjunct professor for the Lawyer As A Negotiator course.
