Anthony Family Law is a family law, trial, and appellate litigation firm based in Richmond Hill, serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area and other parts of Ontario. Lead counsel David Anthony earned a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008 and started out as a commercial litigator, working in contract law, shareholders' remedies, injunctive relief, real estate and construction disputes, employment law, and estate litigation before moving into family law. David Anthony has more than two decades of experience in alternative dispute resolution, has been a mediator with the ADR Institute of Ontario since 2000, and sits on the Superior Court of Justice's Advice and Settlement Counsel roster for family law.

The practice takes on high net worth and cross border disputes, including the valuation of private companies and executive pensions, the tracing of assets held outside Canada, and Hague Convention child abduction and jurisdiction matters. The small team also includes partner Jeffrey Ordon, who holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and focuses on family law litigation before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and associate lawyer Yasmeen Zamanian, part of the first graduating class of the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. The firm's lawyers have argued matters that produced reported decisions of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including Pereira v Ramos (2021) and Nachmias v Nachmias (2020).
