Romeo Pitaro Injury and Litigation Lawyers is a Richmond Hill firm handling personal injury, disability, and family law matters across York Region and the Greater Toronto Area. Domenic Romeo and Sam Pitaro started the practice in 2007, after spending 11 years together at a personal injury firm in Toronto. Both were called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. Domenic Romeo earned a law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1994 and had started in the field in 1992, working as a student at a Toronto plaintiff injury firm. Sam Pitaro completed a law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School the same year, after only two years of undergraduate study at York University.

The firm runs two practice areas side by side. On the personal injury side, it handles car, motorcycle, and pedestrian accident claims, slip and falls, and traumatic brain and spine injuries, taken on contingency so clients don't pay unless they recover compensation.
