About Karim Law

Karim Law was a solo practice in Newmarket, Ontario, founded by Khalid Karim, who was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Before opening the practice, Karim worked as an associate at a Bay Street firm and held in-house counsel roles at a public company, a government corporation, and a mortgage lender. Earlier still, Karim worked in sales and contract negotiation for a renewable energy company that sold residential rooftop solar products.

The firm handled business and corporate law, real estate transactions, tax matters, contracts, and wills and estates, offering services such as incorporations, business acquisitions, startup and shareholder agreements, and residential and commercial real estate closings, with appointment hours seven days a week.
