Balance Law Professional Corporation is a small firm in Niagara Falls, Ontario, founded in 2024 by principal lawyer Nakul Kohli. Kohli holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master of Laws, and the CPA Tax In Depth designation, and is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO #77697H). Before founding Balance Law, Kohli trained at RSM Canada, PwC Canada LLP, and KPMG Law LLP, three of Canada's larger accounting and professional services firms. The team also includes legal analyst Siddharth Narang, who is NCA qualified, is pursuing licensing with the Law Society of Ontario, and is working toward a Doctor of Juridical Science expected in 2028, plus legal assistant Harshita Atwal.
