Persaud Hussain LLP is a litigation-based family law firm with offices in Markham and Toronto, founded in 2011 by Jared Persaud and Nazish Hussain. Both co-founders earned a J.D. from Cooley Law School and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School before starting the firm, and both have practiced family law in Ontario since 2011. The firm's Markham office, in Markham Law Chambers on Enterprise Boulevard, is the address it designates for service of court documents; a second office sits near Yonge and Wellesley in downtown Toronto.

The firm centres its work on domestic violence, representing survivors in restraining order applications, exclusive possession claims, and urgent parenting motions, while also handling divorce, support, property division, child protection matters, and wills and powers of attorney. Its published court decisions run from the Ontario Court of Justice up through the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, including a 2023 decision, Fahmy v. Ojeda, in which the court kept the children in the mother's care despite an uncertain immigration status. Jared Persaud holds a certificate in family mediation from Harvard Law School and chairs the York Region Law Association's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. The firm accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates on a case-by-case basis and also offers flat fees, deferred payment plans, and limited scope retainers.
