Tandem Law Professional Corporation is a family, real estate, and wills and estates firm headquartered in Pickering, with a second office in Markham. Mesha Donaldson founded the firm in 2016 after making partner at a previous firm within three years, following a call to the Ontario bar in 2011 and a law degree from the University of Windsor. Most of the firm's litigation runs through the Oshawa court, and the team also appears in Newmarket while serving clients across Durham Region and into the eastern GTA, including Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, Bowmanville, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Vaughan.

The practice covers decision making responsibility and parenting time, child and spousal support, property division, separation and cohabitation agreements, and uncontested divorce, along with residential and commercial real estate closings and wills and powers of attorney offered at a flat fee. Family law also extends to adoption and fertility law matters. As of a September 2026 profile in Canadian Lawyer, the team includes partner Tricia Alcendor, associate Hritu Sarker, licensing candidate Rachel Stubbs, real estate clerk Elizabeth Kolis, and office manager Laura Gilroy, who has worked alongside Donaldson for nine years since the firm's early days.
