Hung & Hwang LLP is a two lawyer firm in Markham, Ontario, with an office on Steeles Avenue East. The firm's main focus is real estate, both residential and commercial, covering purchases, sales, and refinancing, along with financing arranged through institutional and private lenders. It also advises on business and corporate law, including incorporations, joint venture agreements, and shareholder and partnership agreements, and it prepares wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for property and personal care.

The firm's two partners trained partly overseas before qualifying in Ontario. Founding partner Alvin Hwang holds a science degree from the University of Toronto and a law degree from Newcastle University in England. Managing partner Karen Hung holds a degree from York University and a law degree from the University of Birmingham. Both were called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 and belong to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association. Hung also oversees the firm's client services, technology, and day-to-day operations, and Hwang's real estate work has covered acquisitions, financing, and property dispositions for purchasers, vendors, and lenders.
