Fox McNevin MacKay LLP is a family law firm in Windsor, Ontario, working out of an office at 2485 Ouellette Avenue. The firm handles divorce and separation, child custody and access, property division, and child and spousal support, along with separation agreements, marriage contracts, and cohabitation agreements. It also takes on collaborative family law, mediation and arbitration, and represents clients in litigation and appeals when a settlement isn't possible. Partners Tanya McNevin and Thomas MacKay were both called to the Ontario bar in 2011, after McNevin earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 2010 and MacKay a Juris Doctor from the same school. Before law school, McNevin spent 10 years working in the legal field.

The Fox in the firm's name is Mary Fox, who practiced family law in Windsor for decades before retiring from the partnership on April 1, 2021. Fox was called to the Ontario bar in 1978, received the Law Society Medal in May 2012, and was named a Best Lawyers "Lawyer of the Year" for family law in the London and Windsor region in 2013, 2017, and 2018. McNevin and MacKay each handle their own files personally from the first meeting through resolution rather than passing a case to an associate, and the firm moved to its current Ouellette Avenue suite in November 2024.
