Andary Carnevale Karry & Laba LLP is a full service law firm with offices in Kingsville and Windsor, Ontario, formed from the merger of two long standing Windsor-Essex practices. Karry & Laba had served Kingsville for more than 40 years before joining the Carnevale Law Office, founded in Leamington in 1985 by the late Mario Carnevale, who began practicing law the year before. The combined firm now covers family law, civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate, corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, employment law, and matters before administrative tribunals such as the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

The firm's lawyers bring different paths into the practice. One partner continued the family law, litigation, and estates work built by Mario Carnevale at the original Carnevale Law Office, while another spent more than 30 years with the RCMP in roles including drug enforcement and grievance adjudication before retiring in 2016 and moving into employment law. A newer associate returned to the Windsor-Essex community after law school to practice real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law, and the firm offers free consultations at both its Kingsville and Windsor offices.
