Cheryl A. Hodgkin, the Family Law Firm is a family law practice based in Windsor, Ontario. Hodgkin, LL.B., has practiced matrimonial and divorce law for more than 30 years and is a graduate of the University of Windsor Law School. Hodgkin was the first graduate of that school to clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada, assisting Justice Sopinka with appeals and leave to appeal applications and helping research and draft judgments there. Hodgkin later returned to the university as a sessional instructor, teaching Evidence Law for three years alongside full time practice, and also worked part time as an assistant Crown Attorney.

The firm handles child and spousal support, decision making responsibility and parenting time, property and pension division, and the negotiation of separation, cohabitation, and prenuptial agreements, along with contested divorce litigation, grandparents' rights, and disputes arising from the breakdown of common-law relationships. Hodgkin has served on the Legal Aid Area Committee for Essex County and as treasurer, then president, of the Essex County Family Law Lawyers' Association. In 2026, Top Choice Awards named the firm Windsor's Top Choice Family Law Firm. Away from the practice, Hodgkin keeps 12 horses and a dog named Cowboy.
