Zuber & Company LLP is a Toronto insurance defence firm founded in February 1999 by David A. Zuber. It has grown from a handful of staff to more than 75 people, and the firm says it has retained an informal, small-firm atmosphere as it expanded. The office is on Simcoe Street in Toronto's financial and entertainment district, about three blocks from the courts. The firm defends insurers and their policyholders; on accident benefits files it says it 'routinely defends accident benefits claims from an insurer's perspective' rather than acting for the person making the claim. Its work covers accident benefits, catastrophic loss, coverage disputes, subrogation, class actions, and appellate work, with lawyers who have handled matters from Hamilton and Niagara to Ottawa and northern Ontario. Some lawyers are also called to the bar in Nova Scotia, Alberta, Nunavut, and Manitoba.

The firm is listed in Best's Directories of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, and Insuralex Chambers ranked it Band 1 in 2024. It also runs a sports liability practice, acting for ClubLink Golf Courses in Canada and for Golf Town on claims arising at golf courses, ski hills, fitness facilities, community recreation centres, and ice hockey games. The firm describes itself as operating paperless, using electronic case management rather than paper files, and says it has made an ongoing effort toward gender and cultural diversity in its ranks.
