Managing Principal Megan McPhee has more than twenty years of class action and complex commercial litigation experience, currently serves as Class Counsel on the Sun Life universal life insurance class action (a proposed $213.5 million settlement announced in June 2026), and co-edits the Kim Spencer McPhee Class Action Monitor, a Thomson Reuters reporter on Canadian class action law.
