Solstice Law is a Toronto law firm that focuses on legal work for crypto and digital asset clients under the Web3 umbrella. It operates as Solstice Law Professional Corporation and is run by founder Anish Kamboj, who previously practised at a Bay Street law firm before starting a firm built around the needs of crypto natives. The practice covers token distributions using offshore and domestic structures, crypto tax audits and disputes, departure tax planning for clients relocating to other tax jurisdictions, and Web3 regulatory compliance, alongside more traditional tax planning, tax litigation and dispute resolution with the CRA, business planning and entity formation, and fractional general counsel work. Solstice Law draws on a network of legal, accounting and financial professionals to support this work.

The firm keeps an active blog on crypto tax issues in Canada, with posts on Canada's proposed adoption of the OECD's Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework, the tax treatment of DAO memberships, GST and HST on NFT sales, taxable crypto lending scenarios, and paying employees in crypto. Anish Kamboj writes most of the posts, and Mattheus Lawford has contributed as well, including a July 2026 post on the reporting framework.
