SkyLaw is a corporate and securities law firm in midtown Toronto, founded by Kevin West in 2010. West clerked for Justice Ian Binnie at the Supreme Court of Canada, then spent five years at Sullivan and Cromwell LLP in New York and Sydney before becoming a partner at Davies Ward Phillips and Vineberg LLP in Toronto.
