Liu Law Professional Corporation is a small firm in the Henry Farm area of North York, with its office on Consumers Road near the interchange of Highway 401 and Highway 404. It's run by two lawyers, Xuebing Liu and Sunny Liu, both barristers, solicitors, and notaries public in Ontario. Both earned an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law before further law studies at York University and the University of Toronto. Xuebing Liu went on to an LL.M. at Peking University Law School and, according to the firm's site, has practised law in Canada for 15 years, concentrating on real estate purchases, sales, title transfers, mortgage financing, and commercial property deals.

Sunny Liu completed an LL.M. at the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law and served as a judge in China before moving to Canada, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association. Sunny Liu's practice covers family law agreements, uncontested divorces, and wills, probate, and estate administration, including wills written in both English and Chinese for clients with property in China as well as Canada. The firm also handles business purchase agreements and commercial lease reviews, and both lawyers provide notary services, describing themselves as bilingual lawyers qualified in both China and Canada who serve clients across Ontario.
