Yeung & Associates Law Professional Corporation is a Scarborough based personal injury and accident benefits firm founded in 1989 by Philip Yeung, who obtained a paralegal license in 2008 under Ontario's grandfather clause. Since 1996 the firm has focused on motor vehicle accident claims, representing clients at Ontario's License Appeal Tribunal and in court. It built its practice serving Toronto's Chinese community, and its team still works in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

The firm has grown beyond its paralegal roots. Alongside its licensed paralegals it now employs several lawyers called to the Ontario bar, handling everything from disputed accident benefits to catastrophic injury claims. Yeung & Associates says its team's combined experience adds up to more than 120 years, and it has resolved close to 20,000 traffic accident claims since it opened its doors. As with most personal injury practices, it takes these cases on a no success, no fee basis, so clients aren't billed unless a claim succeeds.
