Ordon Law Professional Corporation is a small Toronto firm founded by Martine Ordon, who now practises in association with Moldaver Rosenberg LLP out of an office on Yonge Street. Ordon graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008, was called to the Ontario bar in 2009, and later returned to Osgoode for an LLM in securities law in 2013. Before starting the firm, the career path included time at a mid-size Bay Street firm doing civil and commercial litigation with a focus on employment and bankruptcy matters, then a stretch at Stikeman Elliott LLP supporting the securities practice group on compliance and registration work. Earlier still, there were several years in financial services, including running a Canadian brokerage operation and helping build an institutional sales and trading division.

That mix of Bay Street litigation experience and a background in financial services and compliance shapes the firm's day-to-day work today. Ordon Law concentrates on employment law, small business matters, family law, and wills and estates, areas it describes as the ones that regularly affect individuals and small businesses.
