About Fari Law

Fari Law is a solo practice based in Toronto, with its office on the 11th floor of 151 Yonge Street in the city's downtown core. The firm also serves clients further west in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Founder Tarique Plummer built the practice around a wide range of work: business and corporate law, employment law, family law, immigration law, not-for-profit and charities law, real estate law, and wills and estates. New clients can book a free initial consultation online.

Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biotechnology, a Master of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor, along with Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Communication Management Professional (CMP) designations. Before founding Fari Law, Plummer held a senior legal role at Canadian Integration Solutions Inc., managing a team of law clerks and client service staff. The practice also draws on work across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and Africa, giving Fari Law some experience with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters alongside its Ontario caseload.

The neighbourhood

Fari Law's office is on the 11th floor of 151 Yonge Street in downtown Toronto, a building with direct underground access to the city's PATH network. Toronto is the firm's only office. Fari Law also serves clients in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge from that single downtown location rather than a satellite branch, a stretch of Ontario the firm's business, real estate, employment, and family law work reaches without a local storefront.
