Omware Law Professional Corporation is a small Toronto firm of barristers, solicitors, notaries public, and commissioners for oaths, with a second office in Mississauga serving clients across the wider GTA. Founding partner Julius Omware leads the practice, working alongside affiliates who bring international law, employment law, and family and immigration law experience to the team. The firm says it has served clients for over 20 years, and describes its approach as centered on quality and value for each client.

Its five practice areas cover a fair amount of ground. In business and finance law, it works on entity formation, corporate governance, and contracts, and says it helps business owners and employees understand what they're signing. Family law covers the range of family court matters, from divorce and separation to equalization of net family property, support payments, and custody and access. On the estates side, it prepares wills, including multi-jurisdictional wills and inter vivos trusts, plus powers of attorney and other incapacity planning documents. Immigration work spans business and skilled worker immigration, spousal sponsorships, visa applications, and immigration defence in detention, deportation, and removal matters. Civil litigation rounds out the list.

The founding partner is an avid reader who has taken up new languages over the years, most recently Hindi and Nepali, and has volunteered in communities in Nepal and Uttar Pradesh while traveling.
