Zwiebel & Associates is a personal injury law firm in North York founded over 20 years ago by Thomas Zwiebel. After earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 1988 and a law degree from Queen's University in 1991, Zwiebel was called to the Ontario bar in 1993 and later added a certificate in arbitration from the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario. The firm practices personal injury law exclusively, covering motor vehicle accident claims, WSIB claims and appeals, slip and fall matters, and denied short term and long term disability, life insurance, and critical illness claims. It works on a contingency basis, so clients pay nothing unless a case succeeds, and it offers a free initial consultation.

The lawyers bring a combined 75 years of experience. Zipora Zwiebel, who earned a law degree from Cardozo University and a Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2001, practiced trademark law in New York City and worked as an examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Virginia before turning to client relations and case management at the firm. Though based in Toronto, the firm has represented clients as far away as British Columbia, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia, conducting hearings by teleconference.
