Meshkini Law Partners LLP is a small firm at Yonge and Sheppard in North York, Ontario, in the North York City Centre business district. Managing partner Ava Meshkini is a licensed paralegal in Ontario and a member of the Bar Association of Iran, having practiced law in Iran for more than fifteen years before moving into paralegal work here, and holds an LLB and LLM from Iran along with candidacy status with Canada's National Committee on Accreditation. Senior partner Ken Singh, called to the Ontario bar in 2010 after a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a BSc from the University of Toronto, has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and several administrative tribunals. Pouya Lajevardi serves as the firm's head of operations and also works as a mediator and arbitrator.
