VC Lawyers is the trade name for Vaturi and Cho LLP, a firm with one office in North York's Willowdale neighbourhood, at 1110 Finch Avenue West. The firm takes its name from two senior litigators, Avi Vaturi and Jae Hyon Cho, who lead its real estate and corporate commercial practice and its personal injury and civil litigation practice respectively. The two built the combined firm around one rule: the senior lawyer who takes a client's first call stays on that file through to its resolution. The team has since grown to include Senior Counsel Maurice Vaturi, lawyers Jun Ki Lee and Allan Weiss, and an immigration consultant.

- Co-managing partner Jae Hyon Cho has been a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario since 2011, the year Cho earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law. The office sits on the south side of Finch Avenue West, just east of Keele Street, in Willowdale.
