It was founded by Val Chowbay, who studied at Queen's University, earned a Master of Science at the University of Oxford, and completed a law degree at the University of Windsor. Before starting the firm, Val Chowbay was in-house counsel for a Canadian insurance company and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Pryea Chowbay studied at the University of Toronto and completed a law degree in England, and focuses on motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, and dog bite claims. Justin Ho, the firm's third lawyer, is a certified kinesiologist with more than a decade in insurance and personal injury litigation, including time as an insurance defense lawyer and as an adjuster on motor vehicle accident claims.
