The neighbourhood

BSG LLP's North York office sits on Sheppard Avenue East at the corner of Kenneth Avenue, in the area known locally as Avondale, part of the Yonge and Sheppard business corridor. The corridor grew up around the Sheppard-Yonge subway interchange, and its office towers, banks, and corporate tenants make it one of North York's main commercial districts rather than a residential side street. That setting fits a firm whose caseload leans on business, real estate, and banking work, and it keeps the office reachable by transit for clients coming in from across York Region and the rest of the Greater Toronto Area.
