Niebler Law is a sole practice run by Dieter Niebler, with a main office at 393 University Avenue in downtown Toronto and a second office on Hurontario Street in Mississauga. Niebler was called to the bar in Ontario in 1974 as a Barrister, Solicitor and Notary, after earning a law degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, both from the University of Toronto. The practice has operated under the Niebler Law name since 2001, following two earlier partnerships that Niebler co-founded going back to 1980.

The firm's work centres on corporate and commercial law, real estate, wills and estate planning and administration, and family, commercial and estate litigation handled together with associate counsel. It also acts for renewable energy clients, including alternative energy producers working in wind and solar power, and has helped foreign renewable energy suppliers set up Canadian operations. Niebler is fluent in English and German and the firm handles cross-jurisdictional matters through its contacts with European lawyers and notaries, with particular experience in files touching Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
