West Vine Law is an independent Toronto practice run by lawyer Chioma Udechukwu, who works out of shared office space in the city's Financial District at 130 Adelaide Street West and 55 University Avenue. The practice covers corporate and commercial law, company secretarial and regulatory compliance, real estate, immigration, family law, wills and estate planning, dispute resolution, notary services, and mental health law before Ontario's Consent and Capacity Board. Udechukwu is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and is also licensed to practice in New York State, and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Udechukwu holds an LLM and a certificate in international trade and commerce from the University of California, Los Angeles, along with an LLB from the University of Jos and a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and also holds a Chartered Secretary designation from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the UK. The firm describes more than 15 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel. West Vine Law sees clients by appointment rather than through a walk-in office.
