S.E.T Law is a small Toronto firm run by a single lawyer, founder and managing lawyer Sadie R. Etemad, who works out of an office on Yonge Street in North York. The practice concentrates on three areas: family law, wills and estates, and immigration law, and its website is presented in both English and Farsi. On its site the firm describes an approach built around protecting a client's family and assets in a thorough, results oriented and cost effective way.

Etemad holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, a Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. Before opening the practice, Etemad worked as a Policy Advisor to the government of Ontario, with the Toronto immigration consulting firm CIS Consultants Inc., and as in-house counsel to Merging Inc., an international business consulting company. Articling was completed at MLT Aikins LLP, a full service firm based in Western Canada.
