Montigny Munk Law Professional Corporation is a small law firm based in Toronto, with a second office in Oakville, serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Founder Edgar-Andre Montigny holds a Ph.D. in Canadian history from the University of Ottawa and a J.D. from the University of Toronto, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2004. Before opening a private practice, Montigny worked as a staff lawyer at the ARCH Disability Law Centre and taught a human rights course at Ryerson University, a constitutional law course at York University, and courses in the Paralegal and Court & Tribunal Agent Program at Humber College. Julia Aron Munk holds a Master's degree from the University of Victoria and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, earned in 2016. Munk trained at the ARCH Disability Law Centre, opened an independent practice in 2020, and later joined the firm.

The firm concentrates on three connected areas: estate issues where questions of capacity come up, human rights matters involving workplace or school accommodation, and consent, capacity, and decision-making cases, including guardianship applications before the Superior Court of Justice. It calls itself a socially conscious practice, offering virtual meetings, in-person appointments at either office, or a meeting at a location that works for the client. The firm also provides notary services and takes legal aid certificates for some guardianship matters.
