About Edgar-Andre
Edgar-Andre Montigny completed his doctorate in Canadian history in 1993 and taught at various Ontario universities before attending law school. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk at Superior Court of Justice. From 2009 to 2016, he was a staff lawyer at ARCH Disability Law Centre. He established his practice to focus on consent, capacity, and substitute decision-making issues.
