Mehrabi Law Office is a small litigation firm in Toronto that represents individuals and small businesses in criminal, regulatory, and civil proceedings. The practice covers criminal defence, commercial and civil litigation, and intellectual property work, with particular attention to trademark registration, infringement, and enforcement matters. The office is in the Madison Centre tower on Yonge Street, along the North Yonge corridor north of the 401.

Founder Esmaeil Mehrabi was called to the bar in 2011 after articling with a large national firm, holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario, and has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario, including jury trials on serious criminal charges. Mehrabi has instructed the trial advocacy course at Osgoode Hall Law School and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers' Association.

Two associates have since joined the firm, one after an LLB at City, University of London and an LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School, and the other after an LLB at Swansea University in Wales. Both work across the firm's criminal, civil, and commercial litigation files.
