Mark Donald Law is a litigation firm in downtown Toronto founded in 2016 by Mark Donald, who was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. The practice handles civil and commercial litigation, defamation, privacy and media law, appeals and judicial reviews, bankruptcy and insolvency litigation, real estate and estate litigation, and human rights matters. It acts for both plaintiffs and defendants, including businesses, media organizations, and individuals, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

The firm has built a particular focus on defamation and online reputation, including anti-SLAPP motions that seek early dismissal of lawsuits aimed at silencing public criticism. Mark Donald has been named Canada's contributor to the Chambers Global Practice Guide for Defamation and Reputation Management for both the 2025 and 2026 editions, and co-authored a chapter on the law of online reviews in the LexisNexis text Social Media and Internet Law: Forms and Precedents. As a law student, Mark Donald was a summer student with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, monitoring the G20 summit held in Toronto to help protect protesters' rights.
