EI Attorneys Legal Services is a small firm based in Toronto, Ontario, with an additional office in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. It's managed by Eberechi Ifeonu, a Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public in Ontario who also holds standing as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Ifeonu's legal education spans an LL.B from the University of Calabar in Nigeria, an LL.M from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, and a Ph.D in Law from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.

The firm's practice covers immigration and refugee law, criminal defence, family law, civil litigation, and notary services, along with mental health law work before Ontario's Consent and Capacity Board, where it represents clients in capacity determinations under the Health Care Consent Act, the Mental Health Act, and the Substitute Decisions Act.
