MacDonald Injury Lawyers is the operating name of MacDonald Law Professional Corporation, a personal injury firm based in downtown Toronto at 55 University Avenue. Several members of the MacDonald family work at the firm together. Founding lawyer David MacDonald practices alongside associates Chris MacDonald and Jon MacDonald, and other family members handle marketing and office administration. David MacDonald is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation with over 20 years handling catastrophic personal injury claims, and a Canadian Lawyer magazine profile lists earlier work as a senior partner at Thomson Rogers, another Toronto personal injury firm.

The firm represents clients across Ontario in car, motorcycle, cycling, and pedestrian accident claims, along with long term disability, occupiers liability, and wrongful death cases, with a particular focus on catastrophic and traumatic brain injuries. Chris MacDonald was called to the Ontario bar in 2021, and Jon MacDonald in 2024 after a law degree with honours from Queen Mary University and an undergraduate degree from Western University. The firm works on a contingency fee, so nothing is paid unless a claim succeeds, and it says it will meet clients at home or in hospital when travel isn't possible. Beyond its Toronto office, it also holds consultations at meeting locations across Ontario, from Ottawa and Hamilton to Sudbury and Fort Erie.
