About David

David MacDonald is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation with the Law Society of Ontario and is consistently recommended for personal injury litigation in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and is named in Best Lawyers in Canada. For more than two decades he has advocated for fairer laws protecting pedestrian, motorcycle, and car accident victims, and he has served on the boards of the Peel Halton, Toronto, and Hamilton Brain Injury Associations. The Ontario government appointed him to the Superintendent's Executive Committee to help implement the province's Auto Reforms. David lectures and writes on catastrophic injury determination and has guest lectured at the law faculties of Western University and the University of Ottawa.
