Lundy Levy & Eski Barristers is a litigation firm of ten lawyers at 25 Adelaide Street East in downtown Toronto. The practice concentrates on commercial litigation, construction law, health law, and professional liability, and the firm's lawyers appear before Ontario courts, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and administrative tribunals such as the discipline committees of the Ontario Association of Architects and the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. Clients include architects, engineers, dentists, and insurers defending negligence and coverage claims.

Partner Andrew Lundy was called to the Ontario bar in 1990 and has spent more than three decades acting for architects, engineers, and dentists in professional liability matters, and has also represented the National Hockey League Players' Association in salary arbitration hearings for more than 24 years. Partner Zohar Levy is admitted to practice in both Ontario and New York and has argued cases up to the Supreme Court of Canada. Managing partner Eni Eski trained in Australia, gaining admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2010 before being called to the Ontario bar in 2013.
