Lloyd Burns McInnis LLP is a Toronto insurance law and general litigation firm with its office at 150 York Street, at the corner of York and Adelaide in the city's downtown business core. Five lawyers established the firm in 2009 to combine insurance law and litigation experience, and it has grown since then to more than 30 legal professionals and support staff.

The firm defends insurers, reinsurers, and corporate clients in coverage disputes and liability claims covering construction, product liability, professional liability, environmental, and directors' and officers' matters, along with general commercial litigation and class actions. One founding partner, Gregory Banks, trained first as a civil engineering technologist and worked for five years in the Ontario Ministry of Transportation's highway engineering division before going to law school, a background now applied to construction and infrastructure files. The firm's own materials describe an aim to combine a larger firm's resources with a smaller firm's more personal client relationships.
