Llameg Law Office is a sole practitioner firm in Toronto, Ontario, founded in April 2019 by lawyer Florendo Llameg. The office is at 3660 Midland Avenue in Toronto, and the practice serves clients across the Greater Toronto Area and neighbouring areas. Llameg earned a B.A. in 1983 and an LL.B. in 1988, both from the University of the Philippines, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1989. From 1989 to 2001, Llameg practiced law in the Philippines in private practice and corporate counsel roles, finishing as chief legal counsel for a diversified group of companies with interests in lending, real estate, restaurants, and garment manufacturing.

Llameg moved to Ontario and worked in the province's financial services sector from 2001 to 2002, then joined a major Toronto law firm outside the downtown core in 2003, starting as a corporate and commercial law clerk and moving up to associate over 16 years of business law and real estate work. Llameg was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2004 and the Law Society of Ontario in 2007, then opened Llameg Law Office as an independent practice in 2019. The firm's work today covers corporate and commercial matters such as incorporations, reorganizations, business acquisitions, financing, and shareholder agreements, along with residential and commercial real estate transactions, not-for-profit and charity registrations, and notarial services.
