About Blinick Law

Blinick Law is a small Toronto practice covering business law, wills and estates, and residential real estate, with notary public services on the side. Founder Jesse Blinick built a niche within the business law practice around professional corporations for regulated health professionals, including physicians, dentists, veterinarians, physiotherapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers, and the firm helps organize multi-disciplinary mental health clinics, an area it describes as prone to confusion when a corporate structure is set up incorrectly.

Jesse Blinick is licensed to practice in Ontario and, separately, in New York State, and belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association after earning a law degree at Syracuse University College of Law. Before starting the firm, Jesse Blinick articled and practiced at a national law firm in downtown Toronto in corporate and securities law, competition law, and restructuring and insolvency, worked in the Ontario Securities Commission's Corporate Governance group, and trained at a personal injury firm in London, England.
