Morzaria Law is a solo real estate and corporate practice with an office at 120 Adelaide Street West in downtown Toronto. It's run by Sejal Morzaria, who qualified as a solicitor in London, England in 2001 and relocated to Toronto in 2004. Before joining the Ontario bar, Morzaria completed Canadian accreditation in tax and constitutional law and articled at a downtown Toronto firm. The practice holds membership in the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of England and Wales, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.

The firm's real estate work covers residential and commercial purchases, sales, mortgages, refinancing, leases, power of sale files, and private lending documentation, along with GST/HST rebate and land transfer tax applications. Its corporate side handles federal and provincial incorporations, minute book preparation, and commercial agreements. The firm also drafts wills and powers of attorney and offers notary public, commissioner of oaths, and independent legal advice services, including advice for guarantors and spousal transfers on real estate deals. Clients range from individual buyers and sellers to real estate brokers, developers, builders, and lending institutions. The firm quotes fixed and flat fees and books virtual appointments in the evenings and on weekends.
