Laura Young Law Professional Corporation is a Toronto sole practice handling employment law and civil litigation for individuals, institutions, and businesses. Laura Young began a career at a national full-service law firm before founding this independent practice, and has practiced law for more than 25 years. The employment side of the practice covers wrongful, constructive, and for-cause terminations, executive compensation, workplace human rights issues, severance negotiations, employment contract drafting, privacy matters, and workplace harassment and misconduct, acting for both employer and employee clients.

On the litigation side, the practice ranges from commercial disputes, contract and tort claims, and condominium disputes to constitutional matters, class actions, professional regulation and liability defence, and insurance matters. Laura Young has appeared before all levels of Ontario's courts, the Federal Court, courts in other provinces, and various tribunals.

It's a single-lawyer operation: clients work directly with Laura Young throughout a matter, with an emphasis on cost-effective, client-oriented solutions to workplace and litigation problems.
