The founder's parents immigrated to Canada from Greece in the late 1960s and placed a strong emphasis on education, which led to a business degree from York University's Schulich School of Business and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. After more than 20 years of practice at other law firms, the founder opened this solo practice to concentrate on commercial real estate and business transactions.
The client list spans national retail and restaurant chains, industrial and office tenants, commercial landlords, property management firms, institutional and private lenders, and local family businesses.
