The firm does not bill by the hour. Ongoing work is priced through fixed monthly packages, and one off transactional matters are quoted as a fixed price for a fixed scope of work, agreed after an initial consultation.

Who founded grit + co and when?

Josh Calderon founded grit + co after being called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 and working at one of Canada's largest business law firms. Calderon left that firm in 2016 to launch a travel technology startup, and started grit + co after that venture ended about a year and a half later.
