Elliot Goodman studied law at the University of Windsor and started in the tax department at Fraser Milner Casgrain (now Dentons), drafting wills and trusts for high net worth clients, then practiced litigation at Thomson Rogers and worked as a municipal licensing and standards inspector, a background now applied in cases against municipalities. Isabell Grzesiowski was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and has practiced exclusively in family law since, including collaborative and alternative dispute resolution work.
