Goodman Halioua LLP is a Toronto based law firm founded in 2012 by Elliot Goodman and Adam Halioua. The firm concentrates on personal injury and family law rather than operating as a general practice, and the lawyer a client first meets stays on the file through to resolution. Personal injury work covers car, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents and slip and falls, with an emphasis on serious injuries such as brain and spinal cord trauma, plus long term disability and accident benefits claims. Family law, led by Isabell Grzesiowski, covers separation, divorce, property division, parenting arrangements and collaborative or mediated resolutions.

Adam Halioua earned a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008 and began practicing at Thomson Rogers, representing seriously injured clients, before moving into accident benefit and disability litigation and taking a seat on the board of the Brain Injury Association of York Region. Elliot Goodman studied law at the University of Windsor and started in the tax department at Fraser Milner Casgrain (now Dentons), drafting wills and trusts for high net worth clients, then practiced litigation at Thomson Rogers and worked as a municipal licensing and standards inspector, a background now applied in cases against municipalities. Isabell Grzesiowski was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and has practiced exclusively in family law since, including collaborative and alternative dispute resolution work.
