Gill + Mulholland LLP is a small litigation and corporate firm at 340 King Street East, in Toronto's Corktown neighbourhood. Neil Gill and Matt Mulholland founded the firm in 2017 after both had spent years in litigation practice elsewhere in Ontario. Gill was called to the Ontario bar in 1991 and had worked in the wholesale travel industry before turning to law. Mulholland earned a BA from the University of Victoria in 2004 and an LLB from the University of Ottawa in 2007, then spent more than a decade in litigation, including cases in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, before co-founding the firm.

The firm began as a litigation practice representing businesses, property owners, contractors, and real estate agents and brokerages in commercial, real estate, and construction disputes, along with commission and disciplinary matters before the Real Estate Council of Ontario. Its lawyers have appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and the Licensing and Appeal Tribunal. In 2021 the firm added a corporate practice group, which now handles wills, estate planning, and estate administration alongside the litigation work.
