About Forgione Law Office

Forgione Law Office is a small Toronto law firm at 266 Avenue Road, in the Casa Loma area of midtown. Aldo Forgione, the firm's founder, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1990 after studying law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. Forgione went on to earn a Master of Laws in taxation policy from York University in 1994 and a Doctorate of Juridical Science from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2007.

The firm works in real estate transactions, business and corporate law, estate planning and administration, private mortgage financing, and tax matters, with some international trade and e-commerce work as well. Philip Zuker joined the firm in 2014 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015, and Alan Wren was called to the Bar in 2022 after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University. Outside the practice, Forgione has taught business law, intellectual property, and logistics courses at George Brown College and has published several books and articles on Canadian business law, international trade, and taxation, including a 2021 title on fashion law.
