Does Aloe Family Law run a class on the Family Law Rules for people representing themselves?

Aloe Family Law offers a class on the Family Law Rules for $200, always taught in person. No legal advice is given in class, so anyone who wants advice on the Rules for their own case can book a legal advice session instead.

FRO has brought a warrant of committal motion against me. Can Aloe Family Law prepare my response?

Aloe Family Law has a flat rate package, starting at $1,200, for answering either a Warrant of Committal Motion or a Default Hearing started by the Family Responsibility Office. It comes with an hour of legal advice, the facts that back the payor's side, and filing and serving instructions. In most cases a Motion to Change should be started at the same time, which costs extra. (Fees as of October 2026.)

What's the difference between Aloe Family Law's $599, $1,199 and hourly separation agreements?

Aloe Family Law's simple agreement starts at $599 and covers custody, two access clauses and one child support clause. The $1,199 flat rate version allows up to five access clauses and up to three child and spousal support clauses, and both of these include a free initial consultation. Agreements needing property and matrimonial clauses are billed at $275 an hour, with a retainer that can be paid in two instalments. (Fees as of October 2026.)

Can I pay for just a half-hour phone call with Tiiu Aloe?

Aloe Family Law charges $75 for 30 minutes of phone advice or $150 for a full hour by phone. In-person meetings are $189 for an hour, which is the minimum for those sessions, and all prices are subject to HST. (Fees as of October 2026.)

Can I split the cost of a court form package with Aloe Family Law into payments?

Aloe Family Law offers payment plans to every client. For a court form package, the first payment is due before advice is given and work begins, and the second once the work is finished.
